Polandball Map of Karlovy Vary Region

One day, I really felt like making a map of the Karlovy Vary Region in the Czech Republic. It began as a simple map, but later turned into, well, this. Includes municipalities with extended powers, since the Karlovy Vary Region has only 3 districts, the lowest of any region here.

Explanation:

- Aš is the second westernmost city in the Czech Republic (after Hranice (and a small town called Krásná)). He also wears Ash Ketchum's cap because, you know.
- Kraslice is known for the company Amati, one of the largest musical (wind and percussion) instrument manufacturers in Europe. It's also known for being struck by an earthquake in 2014, measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale. One of the highest in the Czech Republic.
- Ostrov is mostly known for Jáchymov, a small city, where Marie Curie discovered Radium inside a Uranium ore, for which she got a Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
- Cheb is known for many things. Albrecht von Wallenstein being assassinated here is one of them. Also, Špalíček.
- Sokolov is known for lignite (brown coal) mining. Also, Loket.
- Karlovy Vary is Czech Republic's biggest spa city, which has a small Russian minority.
- Mariánské Lázně is a spa city, and is a nice alternative to Karlovy Vary.

I might do other Czech regions in the future, but I'm not completely sure yet.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this one.
